You should understand that by participating or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Participating in Detroit Santarchy
In participating in the event known as Detroit Santarchy as a pass holder, you agree to wear a Santa or Santa-ette type costume. Creativity is always encouraged. The main thing to keep in mind is everyday attire is not acceptable.
Pass Holder expressly assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Santarchy event for which the pass is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, including specifically but not exclusively, the danger of being injured by objects or individuals, vehicular incident, substance abuse, and all acts of God or other worldly events.
You also agree to follow directions issued by the bus drivers and bus attendants. For example, if they ask you not to smoke on the bus, whatever that may be that you are inhaling, put it out.
You also agree not to fight or aggress against others or vandalize property in any way. Fighting and aggressive behavior in general is a sure way to get your pass confiscated and you kicked of the bus and out of the event. And should the police have to get involved, you can be sure we will rat your ass out.
Detroit Santarchy and all parties associated with Detroit Santarchy, organizers of event, other pass holders, individual event locations, bars, restaurants, bar and restaurant staff, event security, and non pass holding establishment patrons are expressly released by pass holder of any and all claims, including claims for injury arising from or in any way connected to the foregoing. Pass holder agrees to full responsibility of safe and dependable transportation to and from the event.
Further, you agree that if you consume too much alcohol, you will find a responsible way your home or safe place for the night, either with a designated driver, a family member or friend, a taxi or uber.
Submitting Images
Detroit Santarchy considers any photos/video submitted to this website, Instagram, and/or its Facebook page the property of Detroit Santarchy. We reserve the right to use any submissions for future propaganda without any liability or repercussions; be it legal, verbal, or physical. Furthermore, this includes but is not limited to: bus passes, political statements, Cialis, Viagra, anal and feminine hygiene ads, whacking material, greeting cards, etc.
Purchasing Detroit Santarchy Products
By placing an order at Detroit Santarchy, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Detroit Santarchy for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Privacy
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Detroit Santarchy responsibly. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our website to you. The information you provide is only available to Detroit Santarchy and payment gateways and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Detroit Santarchy to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Detroit Santarchy Conditions, you agree to the above.

On Detroit Santarchy we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. Payment
All products remain Detroit Santarchy’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Detroit Santarchy.
All transfers conducted through Detroit Santarchy are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
Force Majeure
Events outside Detroit Santarchy’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Detroit Santarchy is released from Detroit Santarchy’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Additional Information
Detroit Santarchy reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Detroit Santarchy has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Detroit Santarchy shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
Returns & Exchanges
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase, except for custom items. At Detroit Santarchy, your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange it, or refund your purchase on shipments within the United States. No returns or exchanges will be processed on International Orders. If you need to return please contact us for an address to ship your return to. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid except for misfilled orders.
If we made an error on your order, Detroit Santarchy will gladly reimburse you for return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. We do not issue call tags in most cases. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card or PayPal, depending upon how the original purchase was completed, and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and within 30 days of original order date.
We recommend returned merchandise be shipped with a tracking or delivery confirmation number, either through UPS or USPS Mail. Detroit Santarchy is not responsible for packages lost in transit by the carrier.
A credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will appear on the PayPal account used to make your purchase.
Shipping
Orders place through Detroit Santarchy are shipped via the United States Post Office. We ship to addresses through out the United States. In most cases you will be offered USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail services.
Detroit Santarchy gets real-time shipping rates from the post office based upon the size and weight of your items, and based upon your location. Until the shopping cart has basic information about your country and postal information, it will not return a shipping rate. Please input correct shipping information requested.
Most orders should ship within one or two business days of it being placed. Orders place late Friday, on Saturday, or Sunday will not be shipped before its next business day, which is normally Monday, unless it happens to be holiday. Then, well… You know. Because we make what we sell, it is rare for us to be out of stock, but things can happen. If there should be a delay, we will let you know the estimated time so you can decide upon waiting or cancelling.
